Download instructions
Tracks are recorded at three different resolutions - the larger the file, the greater the quality of the track. Download times are approximately 160 seconds per MB on a dial-up line, ten times faster on a 512 kbps broadband line.
- 64 kbps is fine if you just want to hear what the song is like.
- 96 kpbs is recommended as the sound quality is much better.
- 128 kbps is the highest sound quality, suitable for broadband users.
Most people might prefer to right click on the link, and then select Save Target As to save the file onto your hard drive or a disk. The file can then be opened in a media player - you probably already have Windows Media Player, but you could also try Winamp, obtainable here.
(You can alternatively left click on the link to play the track straight away but you will need a browser plug-in such as QuickTime. Youll probably need broadband too.)
